Make the Process Easier, Not More Confusing
The best automation is the one people can actually use. I try to build workflows with clear triggers, understandable steps, error awareness, and realistic handoff. When possible, I also look for ways to keep the system simple enough that it does not become another fragile thing someone has to babysit.
AI can be powerful in automation, but it should be used carefully. I do not treat AI like magic. I treat it like a tool that can help with certain parts of a workflow when paired with good structure, testing, and human oversight where needed.
The goal is not to replace judgment. The goal is to reduce repetitive work so people can spend more time on the parts that actually need attention.
